Hello!

I just wanted to know - can you launch two or more chars from same acc on official l2 server? And what is the politic about dualboxing from same acc on other servers?

You can't log 2 characters or more from the same account.
You can dualbox but for that you'll need to pay for 2 accounts not for one.
