They aren't forced to use holy, use the one which is less used on ur server
Health ofc, you dont use normal hits in pvp, so its pointless to take focus

SA on DB is very debatable, for one I will say that DB with AQ+Baium+Focus SA has better dmg output than a DB who use skills like Slashing Blade. Also, the second DB will be out of mana much faster. Doombringer is one of the classes that depend heavily in boss jewels.
