Post subject:  Item skill lvl and enchat ?!
Hello all.
I wanted to ask.
If my enchant is higher. The skill level is higher too ?

I think not.

But I had item skill: Empower lvl 10 on enchantet weap
and Item skill: refresh lvl 3 on clean weap

And does LS mid LS High LS and Top LS give always same lvl on weap ?

There's no refresh lvl 10 :)

Yes but different chances (top>high>mid>normal)
