There's no spellbook for Inquisitor (and Vanguard also).
You just go to guild and learn. With no SP cost too.

Other spellbooks you can find at the Grocery/Magic Store in the starting villages.

you have a book for inquisitor but not for vanguard and the skill cost SP
BTW since gracia, all pre 75 books are sold in starter town except the books that don't need SP (right click type books like combo buff and evade family)

it's retail info, i don't know for private servers

in Gracia all books that that can be buy at "Spell -Charm-Bluberin-Amulet seller-s" cant be droped by mobs :D

right, inquisitor will be found in DE/elves and human starter village because the skill is shared by SE/EE/bishop
