I never saw this boss... i am not sure it exists on the server i play on !

But i found this text in the introduction about c5 , could be usefull (it says that Frintezza is inside Imperial Tomb - maybe in Four Sepulchers ?

" Behind a secret wall connected to the Imperial Tomb resides Frintezza, the son of Baium of Elmoreden. Frintezza sits at a giantic organ and will charm the raid party with his musical skills if they're not careful. This encounter is designed for up to 45 high-level characters, and is clearly among the most difficult bosses in the game. "

You must make 2 quests to enter frintezza:
1. Last Imperial Prince (lvl 74, one time)- from nameless spirit in Four Sepulchers
2. Journey to a Settlement (lvl 74 repeatable) - from nameless spirit in Four Sepulchers

Only then you can acces the Beast

and the road is .......... go insite to it and turn right
