Vitality Points can be acquired when your characters are offline, in a peace zone, or hunting Raid Bosses. When you accumulate Vitality Points and raise your Vitality Level, the bonus experience points that you acquire increase in proportion to your Vitality Level. When you obtain experience points by hunting regular monsters rather than bosses or raid monsters, Vitality Points are consumed. You can check your character's Vitality Level by viewing either your Status Window or your Character Status Page. There are four levels of vitality: * Level 1 - 150% increase in experience gain. * Level 2 - 200% increase in experience gain. * Level 3 - 250% increase in experience gain. * Level 4 - 300% increase in experience gain. what part of this text u dont understand? |

static value means that if u hit with magic u wont hit for the same amount of dmg. For example you use 3 times hydro blast. 1st hit is for 1222, second for 1180, 3rd for 1246 not like it was before when your dmg was allways the same. |

i thing that magic damage will depend on the distance, as well as Physical.. and another change for mages, the magic critical will be nerfed (only 3x dmg instead 5x) but it will trigger more often |

LOL no. Why sps had biggest crit rate? Because l2calc says wit influennces magic critcal rate? Well this is a thing what L2 calc knows wrong. WiT has nothing to do with magic critical rate. Since Interlude INT influences magic critical rate. And the only cause of SpS had more magic critical is that she/he must use more spells to kill something. More spells --->more chance to inflict MCH. No flames pls. My friend told me that, and i think he was totally right. |

Quote: WiT has nothing to do with magic critical rate You have something to prove your/your friends teory?if not i will belive l2p becouse they did resarches. Post some screens or something and we will see who is right. Quote: i thing that magic damage will depend on the distance, as well as Physical Quote: The distance between the attacker and the target now influences the damage of long range physical attacks.
only power of physical attacks will depend on distance. |

and how do u know?it says static value.. that means wont be same.. that may mean both 1234 1243 1239dmg at same range to same target with same buffs and etc OR 1500 max range 1400 mid range and 800 on close range or smth like that |

only ranged physical attacks are affected by distance from the target. means archers are the ones that are fully affected by this change... i tested it on a lvl 48 HE on outlaw forest, at range 900 the damage was around 500, at range 300 i did a damage of around 300... magic damage becomes static. range of damage depends on grade of weapon... it means, like others said, magic damage is not like before that does the same damage every time.. it is now random... but the thing is, its randomness has the min/max limitation. for example, lets say your magic damage ranges from 1000-1500, then your damage will have the least of 1000 and max of 1500... other damage will stay between 1000 and 1500, BUT will not go lower than 1000 or go higher than 1500... but i have no idea of what the damage range for each weapon is... also, elf mystics still own the position of having the highest magic crit rate.... even if other mystics has their mag crit rate increased, elf mystics will do more m.crits than other mystics.... |

even if other mystics has their mag crit rate increased, elf mystics will do more m.crits than other mystics.... yes but 20% cap for m.crits ruin them especially on high servers. Because an sps with wild magic, dance of siren, valakas neck, and a augment wild magic weapon has the same mcrit propability with a sorc with the same buffs and equip because of the 20% cap ***Im not sure u need an agmunet wm weapon to reach 20% cap or just wildmagic buff/dos/valakas are enough to reach it ... |

With a cleric I do about 10-15% MCH without any MC buffs |

first off, i'm not arguing with the cap of 20%.. all i'm saying is, elf mystics STILL have their title of having the highest mcrit rate.. i'm not sure about the exact ratio of mcrits per character.. but i am definitely sure that when i used an EE[no MC buff, no dye], it did more mcrits than my SH[no MC buff, with +4 wit dye].. |
