Are you sure? I think is with that new blacksmith in Hellbound, the same Blacksmith you get the quest to find the recipes and the other things. |

there is a new blacksmith in hellbound somewhere... and you need to get Dynastic essance. from the steel citandal or something.. i dont know exactly. how and what but i know for sure you need Dynastic essance and a new Blacksmith in Hellbound. Mammon will still SA S80 weapons. |
