one TY clan mamber put 46 normal ls in her/his fist blade and got sonic barrier
so guess what, it depends on luck and lvl/grade of stone, but it's not impossible

the level of the skill(1 to 10 for actives like emp,wm,nukes,blows etc) depends on the LS level
i got emp lvl 1 on my valhalla at 56(my lvl) from a high grade 49 ls:)

As far as I know there is no augment cele shield lvl 2,3,... I think its only lvl 1.

there's (or there would be) no diff between lvl 1 and lvl 99999, it should have exactly the same effect ...

On the server i play, you can't put, i.e: a 49 lvl LS on a B grade weapon, it need to be 52+-61 lvl to augment a B grade weapon, how is it on official??

i think its the same...

On retail you can put any level of life stone on any weapon/jewel you want
the only condition is to have level higher or equal to life stone level
for example if you are level 60 u can't put a lvl 61 life stone on your weapon but u can put lvl 46 to 58
u can put a lvl 46 LS on an AM (i tried it myself to get CS augment but never got it with 40+ ls 46 )
