Well i wanted to know if these duals exist in Interlude chronicle and if they do, how can i get them?
i never heard of something like this but please tell me.

most likely its either a custom item either an item that exists in the database but has never been implemented |

lol it's actually a weapon you can get through TW's, so no you can't get them in IL |
