l2 error. Help.

What can make error for l2 is mostly: videocard drivers/OS version/bad server patch/firewall[mostly gameguard]/missing files in l2.
Check all of 'em, I don't think so that it needs an OS reinstall, maybe l2.
With bad server patches I continuously receive error messages, check other patches too.

+1 i have the same problem and i reinstaled windows.
You should try to reinstall only the driver for videocard
