Well,you have to go to the priest of dusk/dawn and then you ask him to teleport you to the oracle of dusk/dawn.Than when you click on the oracle of dusk/dawn there is an option''teleport to the dimensional rift''.You click on that and he teleports you to the dimensional rift.There are a lot of gates in the rift each guarded by a guard.Each gate leads to place where you fight mobs.Behind each gate the mobs' level is different.Just check what mobs is each guard guarding and you'll find where the lilim magus is.But REMEMBER YOU MUST NOT FIGHT ALONE IN THE RIFT-YOU HAVE TO GO WITH A PARTY OR THE GUARD WON'T LET YOU FIGHT ANYWHERE!

easy answer: look at map, scroll down... He is at rift, yes, but also in branded and necropolis of worship
