Maybe 1 day and 12 hours... It is not regular boss but it is 40 lvl.... Even Bauim doesn't respawn in 1 week...

i think that every epoic boss, which drops boss jew, has this same respawn time like baium, anatharas, valakas and so on and it is 5 days +/- 8 hours

1) Ant Queen 1 day
2) Zaken 2 days
3) Baium 5 days +/- 8h
4) Antharas 10days +/- 12h
5) Valakas 12 days +/- 12h
6) Frintezza dunna really :(

Antharas 8 days + 0 to 8 hrs // 5 days + 0 to 8 hrs if last anthy got killed by more than 50 players(no more than 200)
Valakas 11 days + 0 to 8 hrs
