i was wondering if there is any site out there that has a list of the current economy in-game in all servers. one that would be able to guide me in buying/selling my items

Well, you have to know that every server has its own prices for each item.

In the case you refer to, none can give an accurate prediction because the prices change all the time.
Sometimes the differences are minimal but, can be also big enough.
(example): BW robe set current price: 50mill. *
BW robe set in the next week: 30-70mill. *

* : The prices are randomly chosen. I don't know what yours is like.

I suggest that you ask any of your in-game friends to help you out.. They should know better than us..

but i was thinking if there is any, where it track everything close to real-time.

yup, i know that one. dont worry im playing in an official server, but SEA servers are not included there. though it's useful anyway ^_^
