Just try yourself maybe? Best info you can get is self-experience.

what the hell??
thats dual core CPU nabs
my retarded 1.6 single core CPU can hold up to 3 accs(imba client lag while porting)
optional 2-hard time porting but its all fine
minimum graph settings
like 4 chat clients and mozzilla turned on same time:D

my opinion:HELL YES but ur video card is

Lawl.

Set minimum windows graphis mode and log 4 boxes on ~IL or 2 on ~Gracia:wink: (Sure on Alt+P; I haz same sh33t as you have, just with 1.8 CPU)

/Edit: And yes, you should buy new graphic card for at least ~5$

it's more likely that the ram is what it counts
i got a 2,93ghz dualcore, but after buying a 3rd and 4th 1gb 1033mhz ram my tps were suddenly 1-2sec long[sometimes almost instant] on max graphics and dualboxing
didn't stress the cpu at all, firefox with like 5-10tabs, utorrent, a bunch of firewalls, anti-virus, adaware, spyware, registry cleaner, jetaudio etc
so u can get the idea

loading speed is all about ram, get some and u will be fine.
U will have to reduce it to rly rly low settings on mass events or big populated areas cos of ur graphics card :S

ram is what matters in l2 indeed
ofc video card should be okay either

when i launch x2 l2 my cpu usage jumps to 100%
so cpu matters

cpu matters ofc, but ram much more
the cpu gets the data from there not the hard drives
hdd-->[virtual memory-->]ram--->cpu-->stuff
