I like to know how do i get a cloak ? RaidBoss's ? Mobs? Events ? Quest ? i was looking all the web sites and none !!!! say how to get a Cloak or were to find it.

as far as i know cloaks tattoos underwear are abandoned projects of ncsoft.. so u cant get them...but some of those custom things u can get at clanhall/and/or fishing |
