where can i find the mob called Gigant Raider? i know it's a cata mob but what cata? and why is it as many other mobs in the middle of the sea? o.O

Those mobs you see in the map of pmfun that are in the middle of the sea, is mobs in Dimensional Rifts.

If you don't know what that is, when you enter a catacomb/necropolis right next to you is a tall statue. You can take a quest from it and when you kill mobs in cata/necro you collect dimensional stones(i don't remember the exact name). After you have enough creat a good party go to that statue and select that you wish to fight of something like that. You will be tranfered at Dimensional Rifts. There are many rooms with different mob lvls. You choose the one that you think your party can handle or the one that contains the mob you are searching(see your mob lvl). It's some small rooms full of mobs and they respawn real fast! So you'd better go prepared. That's all i think
