Hmm "A rope that has magical power. It is made by weaving strips of lizard leather together. Using this rope to tie an item will reduce its weight so that it will be easier to carry." So you need it to make compressed Soul/Spirit shots. But where to find it.. dunno... I never used compressed shots... If you used before compressed shots from where you bought it? if is some dwarf in giran  ask him as well

I bought rope of magic b (rom) and rom a grade from grocery , but i cant buy rom s :/ . Maybe there is no rom s on the server where i play . |

rope S are normally sold in aden and perhaps rune/ivory tower in magic store |
