from the npc that manage your castle functionnalities near the throne (forgot the name, sorry)
you can also change taxes, get buff and teleport from him

the npc is at the left side of the throne , at the button items you buy the crown , im not sure , there i buyed my f*ckingdelicious circlet of giran , there u can buzy deluxe strider food and castle shield too

in the menu castle functions, you have a button items creation or something
click and you will get a window like normal shops where you will have the crown
btw it may be not implemented on your private, ask your admin then
