ty for ur answer. I was looking there before too, but I get every time an error when I start with l2.exe from system folder.
Same goes for the file from l2media.
Maybe any1 know a solution or got some other file which might work?

Hey all, I am looking for a working colored system message file (SystemMsg-e) for Gracia Final. Not only the system window itself can be colored but also some on-screens displays would be nice, like e.g. some curses or stun that failed. I tried some files that I found on i-net but I either didnt like them or the game didnt want to start after i replaced this file. If any1 got a nice file is welcomed to post it here, I will appreciate it ^^ Regards |

works for me, are u sure you use the correct file for the correct chronicle? others i don't know of, the editor doesn't work hb+ |

Well, I am using gracia final ct 2.3, the latest version before epilogue.... and i am sure that i use the file for gracia final....strange.... Maybe my system folder isnt really ok, so thats why I get errors... For the case that you are using gracia final too, would it be a big deal, if you upload ur system folder somewhere (e.g. rapidshare or so) since you say it is working for you, would be cool... and ofc thanks in advance  P.S.: If any1 got some other files, i am listening  P.P.S.: I get this error when I replace the original system message file: General protection fault!
