the 1 thing i love about this game is the char creation , its wonderful tbh. wish l2 would have this system

anyway, it is good, but it has too much of variety, for ex.: i wouldn't let people make green ugly punks with pink hair and red teeth, it's just to wowish

the world sux though ; the l2 world seems far better developed as graphics and lore; imo anw.

Well gotta agree... AION's lore is pretty simple and straight-forward. L2's lore has so much more complexity, basically because of the existance of 6 gods and 6 races and 3 continents. In AION theres only 1 god (AION) and 2 races (humans and balaur) and well, for me theres only 1 continent, since elysea and asmodae are pretty much part of the same planet, and abyss is just the connecting place between them, although u could say abyss is an independant continent just as I consider Elmoreden an independant continent (at the beggining it was)

And yeah the graphic part and also the gameplay part in L2 are far better. I dont like the char control in AION and I dont like for example not being able to climb mountains, which SUCKS... And while I play on minimum detail on L2 and I can see everything pretty much realisticly, on AION I have to play on medium-high details for the same effect, otherwise I see everything very cartoon like, which also is wrong (although I do play with minimum specs for better performance)

personally i think aion sucks,lineage for example has a story you got some goals you know what you do:) in aion the enviroment is very strange and you are kinda lost,in l2 you xp u return to town go for pvp all is organised:).In aion xp and quests for a lot of time and then there's isn't something important:D..though i believe it is very good cause if u get i higher lvl i suppose it might be more interesting.That's my point of view but from private servers..if i had the time i would start retail because privates suck 65%+ of quests don't work and many npcs are missing.The thing that impressed me most at it are the combos at skills i didn't expect that from an mmo.
