i dont pk too much on low rates(cuz i play low rates mario..)

You make no sense once again. And like there aren't good servers apart from Dex. And i bet you're a nonfactor in dex anyway. You prolly have some A grade healer and make company to Icarus's 60ish clanless dagger.
