Theirs no drop at all if your level is higher to the monster you want to hunt. It is useless when kill boss monster because their nothing you get to the mobs, and it is such a waste of effort.

best do a spoiler imo easyest way to gather mats... every1 creates a spoiler(if not they should )

Quest and manor are good only if reward/manor rate are high so best way to gather mats is spoiling....

also euphoria said go in cata and farm AA bthat only works if the server has dedicared ppl as spoilers who dont care about mats and sell them( that only happends if they have enough mats for theyre eq...)

P.S. i hate the idea of clan crafting.... some1 spoils for ur ass so u can get eq ..imo that sux.. only ppl who dont have anything else to do spoil for others...

Depends.... If need key mats then spoiler > manor , since u can't get key mats through manor

If not then manor > spoiler mostly... But u have to be fast and lucky for manor

manor only is good if server ahs good manor rate dont tell u will do manor on a 1x manor rate server ruud... or going to do the black swan quest on a server with rewards for quest lower than 4 its insane the drop rate for barrels is criminal..

u are surprised? not many servers with balanced rates... a manor set at too high rate will make spoilers usseles.. so ya most server dont have manor rate higher than 4x.. and yes most servers have spoil rate higher than manor rate


Edit: srry spoilers arent useless with a high manor rate.. u will need them for km and recipes... but that will be all u will need them for if the server has high manor rate

key mats + rcp u need spoiler. About the rates... NcSoft created these with x1 rate all, they don't care about priv servers right? It's just the GM's bussiness to set the rates balanced...

yes ruud but what if the serevr where u go play hasnt any castle owners ? what then? u cant rely on manor .. thats my point.. i never played without making spoiler just counting on manor, so i dont know if i can gather all the mats i need for me just by using manor...i dont think any1 can

When I play servers less than x5 I never create spoilers and usually rely on a good clan for equipment etc...

Now tell me... how long will it take for some good clans in a new server to conquer some castles? 1.5 months max? Until then, usually most ppl are in C grades, as the economy is still low, so it doesn't matter that much.

yes.. spoiler as alt.. srry i didnt specified... depends on what lineage u play if the server is gracia that means eq is easyer to make or to level up

also i always make spoiler as alt ,crafter,buffer if the serevr allows dual box the last char i create is my main... i know im the solo guy and l2 isnt meant for soloing.... but thats the way i play.. i like dual boxing with buffer cuz u cant always find a buffer for u who palys at the same as time as u do.. also he isnt available for u always... so i preffer servers with dual boxing allowed..
if i have frends in clan who wanna level up with me i help them ofc

but thats the way i play.. and i really hate the idea of clan helping out or the principle of clan craftng.. thats just not fair imo

ppl saying manor is better than crafting, yeah if u can sell ur seeds.

Just be active in clan pts, follow rules strictly and contribute with mats etc... A good clan will help some1 like that for sure...
