I didnt have 95% the problems you are talking about so dunno, you need some adena in inventory to make offline shop you cant have 0 so i did have that problem.

Server is growing a bit since launch. If you come on at prime time like right now the population seems even a bit bigger then launch. Most people out farming and the lvls of everyone is very spread out right now so it can make it seem like less people then it is but server seems stable and not some 1 week server.

Server admin knows how to change things on the fly so he knows how to code. This is rare in todays 'plug and play' servers. He listens to players and makes changes and also its obvious hes not doing this for money. If you dont mind playing on server with few hundred people that has potential to grow in future then come play. There is no A grade sets on server or A weaps with good SA so no one is behind.
