so you could list all bad things to l2 the same way...
constant parties appear ... p2w systems ... nomad players... etc

for me this dualboxing whine makes no sense, If I don't want to take a random person to pt I will simply don't take no matter what
if someone likes to play with randoms they still can do, this change nothing to it
limited boxes are more like forcing those ppl not to join server who play with their few boxes.

There is no common thought about dual-boxing thus we don't see a point limiting it. It is a cooperative game, but if the guy wants to play alone with boxes, why we should block him? There are two available options here, you can make NO-Box or Unlimited, the 1+1 or 1+n+ does not change anything, you're allowed to do it, how you will do it, it's up to you. :)

You will never have enough advertising for a successful low rate interlude, minimum players at start for this kind of server to work should be 10k+, and you won't ever have this.

10k+ for a successful server? only russian H5 servers ever made that big online bro get real . im nopt saying server will succes but non-russian server (esp interlude) will never have that big online.

10k in interlude is like 1.8 mob per person(all zones raids/mobs counted, elpies, gremlins...) I think you misspelled 1k :D

its true but have u ever seen a server with minimum over 10k on? interlude i mean . this will never happen nowdays even if the server is russian. so u have to get real.
