It takes... And? I have tested that without +4 DEX dyes I catch much less ppl in Zealot frenzy and on Pvp with healer it's sometimes even better to have less HP and in PVe it doesn't matter. But I know guys who used +5 CON, Health weapon and NM heavy. :D

all close ranged class,1 vs 1 with no healer,"no dyes" char will usually won...

if its mass pvp,get a high HP is another surplus...

So i agree with basi . I dont know about other classes but i think there is no reason to put dyes on TITAN ! He has such an atk speed and p atk with hes 3 wonderfull cheat skills
