The genre i listen to is metal. Usually black, death and trash metal. I am pretty open minded, i embrace other subgenres like nu metal or goth and symphonic metal. It must have the 'metal' feeling, punishing guitar riffs, symphonic elements and some good drumming. (this is main)

many many many many many many many many many many rockers, i hate rock honestly i prefer something like cypress hills or timbaland, not to mentione dr.dre, tupac, NWA, the game, robbie williams and other rap or RnB artist

I hate hardrock and headbangers too, they just some crap using a frickin vulgar language, but I hate rappers and popstuff too. I hate their "I love you, sunshiiiiiine, sunshiiine" and the rappers idiot technique, they are just some sort of an amateur "poet" trying to make their lyrcis in music.
The worst are the girl-popsingers, they have way more frickin sunshine in their rotten head, they show up like pronstars. I admit only Madonna, I don't listen to her at all, but she keeps up herself and she's not just an "ooh lala, my boy" stuff. These are just one of the reasons that I'm a faggot....
I don't have any problems with other stuff, not even with country music, I don't like them, but if it's good for you, listen to it, who cares?

I agree. Sometimes i hate those fucking punk and nu metal genres that involve this style. Take slipknot for example... I don't like their lyrics. Screaming and swearing wth... But the instrumentation is good.

I prefer more abstract lyrics, like the theme of despair, imbued with religious words, sometimes these 2 mix in good love lyrics.

My favourite is Within Temptation, but i love Nightwish too. Sometimes a little Avril, but not much. I love classical music too ^^ It really rocks.
