my point is that since they use leaked htmls they have the enchanting system same as on official servers?

i donno about this i never played rpg club, and they dont tell what they got leked they spreaded rumors that htye got fiels leaked but when server owners tested they saw its java and didint buy , do you realy think dex or bfd or any other bigers server would pay for files what they was asking , they would but not for java.

java is just a coding language and nothing more
everything else is up to how its coded

it does more harm then good believe me

when you enchant its only 2 results : failure or succes
knowing enchant rate wont influence any 1 of those 2 outcomes
because of this some players may miss a golden oportunity to make a awesome weapon or 2 ruin there epic jwls
imo it just depends on luck
so far lag seems to have a influence on enchant rate but not a very big 1

on java platforms the enchant rate is 2/3 (~66%) to succeed for any kind of item but on retail its different
i know that mage weapons has 33-35% chance to succeed while the warrior weapons 65-66% (fixed rate), for armors/jws the enchant rate from +3>4 = ~66% but it is decreasing by each ench if u know what i mean (not a fixed rate)

+4 -- 66%
+5 -- 43%
+6 -- 29%

and now for the rummor part: i actuly dont belve that but there is some rumors spreading at korean forums long ago, they said if u would have acces to evry file whit some modifications u could see when wep gona burn and when not also same for quest who gives rnadom reward, who knows maiby or maiby not i dont realy care coz that would be posilbe for main admins so who cares and it was said at c6

long time ago, a guy from korean retail tough he found a way to safely enchant any weapon
too bad he broke his draconic bow from +17>18 (during c3 if i remember good)

there is a way for safe enchant for gracia final(or gracia 2..i dun remember)
