u can also use the downloader program which has included converter(i use that when tranfering files to my mp3 player)

hax edit:i has no idea-there is quality option and ive chosen "best available"
just dl the videos that have "hq" option and the quality is great

Orbit it downloads youtube and loads of other sites
on youtube the format is.FLV but most good codec packs play this format
Oh and nearly forgot its FREEEEEEEEEEE :lol:
