Hi men. Well, i've decided to play on wrath, but, i just cant conect to that damn server. I fill in my acc, password..........it will freeze for a while, but that damned window with agree/disagree will never come to light. I really dont know what to do with it, i would be thankfull for any advice.

well, on wrath forum, there is already topic about it, but no solution. It seems noone there can help, so, im trying my luck here.

Ping the srvr adress and see if you get any response. It's probably from your provider wich blocks srvr adress, if it's not from dex.
