i wanted premium accont and i orderd 600 points by mobile message but i never recived any mail...i payed the 6 euro's in 2 messages (orange) but i dident get any mail....i need some help

I`ve payed 6 euros in an sunday evening, and i didn`t received an confirmation from DEX untill monday after noon, when they made my account Premium. Try talk to an GM. :|

Then you should receve a messege to send again and send only ONCE.
Then wait for message confirmation.
Then you should receve a mail.
