We have seen this is happening a lot these days, servers paying and gearing up the same clans to join their servers, L2Crest on the other hand will NOT PAY any clans to join.
We are planning an event with a huge money reward (200 Euro) on Rune Castle - you can find more information here - in order to invite more clans and players.
There will also be an Open Beta Test period, on 21st of September, so everyone can check our project for bugs or any issues and first 50 players that will reach Level 76 will be rewarded in our Grand Opening.
