Yeah 1x H5 without vitality sounds amazing... Though I'm afraid majority of people over at Dawn will prefer the old settings again :)

I am just saying that there is a room definitely to hold 2 project at once. C6 for oldschool players and H5 for the other side since it is 2 different communities.

I don't know man... Sure there's a group of players which aims only at Interlude and then there's a group of players who won't play anything else than H5, but honestly the largest group would be players who just want to play somewhere :?

It's funny to see how some guys that flamed the shit out of dawn's server thread before are so happy for the reopening...

If You talking about me then your definition about "flaming project" is strange. All I said is:

1. There will be always small group of people joining very old project. It was was and it will always be. Not many people willing to play on very old project considering that once it lived it's prime, you don't know when project will close. And the moment I posted this 3 or 4 months later you closed the project.

2. Was talking about L2 community itself. Sticking to 1 chronicle means gameplay is stuck under X time and many people leaves project after reaching it. Since there is no update which shakes things up it is naive to thing that project can live extremely long time (talking not about 2m+ period).

I don't see where you see "flaming" when I posted just facts. If you offended by this then you are offended by facts, not by me :)

There is room definitely for both project being alive at same time. But the only issue is that gold farmers can exploit this making fake hype toward moving from x to y project which can hurt public image of project and for people who are not happy about project but keeps playing barely would be as initiator to leave project. But these people will leave project regardless what happens.

Although there is no announcement yet people are convinced it's going to be Interlude again. So don't expect any surprises there. The rates are undecided as far as I'm aware. Hopefully the pace will be slower this time.
Regarding the date I'm unsure. Definitely not during summer. I can't see Dawn going live before September honestly. I guess it will depend on how fast they can fix bugs and iron out the details. You can join Dawn's Discord channel if you want although there's not much going on there. Just a bunch of old players having casual conversations and flaming each other.
To be continued...

It will be some time this year. Very good not competitive long-term interlude. Perfect for casual nostalgic play in the free time. It won't get abandoned by the owner after the first rush. Last server was kept 2 years with playable online.

China said himself he's gonna open the server after the summer. We're just not sure about the month.

Update:
Quote:
For anyone eager to play in the summer, there will be several Beta periods throughout the summer. Obviously, the progress won't carry on to the live server but we will reward the testers with cosmetic goodies

Is interlude basically like C5, play mystic or archer else you're useless?
I don't know the major difference between the 2.

IL is objectively worse than C5 balance wise.
They tried to nerf the archers by nerfing critical damage, but this also nerfed daggers which didn't need a nerf.
They also inexplicably boosted classes which simply didn't need any boost, like gladi or pala.

IL is probably the most imbalanced chronicle I've played (since C3).
I've heard tales about C1 or C2 where daggers were 1-shotting everything but I haven't played those so I can't compare.
I find it funny how popular IL is despite the fact that it's one of the worst chronicles overall.

It's the lastest chronicle without Kamaels, that's why.
Kamaels ruined the game for a large number of people.

that is not true.

Gracia final had terrible class balance, kameal were too OP because of stun/buff steal. But this is fixed in H5. In fact H5 is best chronicle in terms of everything from class balance, to gameplay. People are still miss informed about it, just like they think classic = c3.

The only issue with h5 is nevit/vitality system making leveling too easy. Even x3 server becomes x20 which mean mid rates. And fix for this easy. Just remove vitality/nevit system...

vitality/nevit system is made for casual players that play 3-4h /day, but yeah when there is donate shop for vitality items its easy abused and making the server high rate. nevit isnt really the problem . u have 1h nevit bonus exp /day and can be increased to 4h depends how lucky u are with the potion . also the nevit itself stops working after 4h hunting time and stops auto filling/activating .
the vitality refilling items are the actual problem.

also high five its the only solo/newbie friendly version of the game . ( not including GOD+ cuz i have no idea) . there is A LOT of endgame content aswell as soloable zones at high lvl + daily/weekly instance and so on . idk why ppl think everything after interlude for uber trash and star wars when its completely opposite . interlude balance is wack . also 0 end game content besides mass events.

Myself I want server which has either:
- no vitality/nevit system for first 2 months. And later added as support for new players;
- nevit removed, but keeping vitality. And xp bonus locked to 100% regardless what stage it is.

This would force people craft s/s80 gear instead of jumping A>s84 straight away.

I'll play only if it's interlude without custom bullshit.
