There is slight problem with the amount of shops in giran, it's hard to see what they offer :d so dense
also the amount of grind for everything is quite high, too.. I know it's a midrate not a highrate but even some lowrates were more rewarding. I know you offer a lot of stuff but not much is needed for good game.

I don't believe the shops are an issue you can always use /findprivatestore for the items you are looking to purchase.

As for the pacing of the game, I believe you are the first to complain about the pace; it was generally thought that things were too rewarding.

As the New Year approaches we wanted to simply remind everyone that our team will continue to patch, tinker, fix and improve the world that we've created. Here is a continuation of the patch notes from our last post: Patch 31.


Patch 32 - August 18, 2017

General
– An issue where pet/servitor hits would not register with the On-Screen Damage feature is enabled has been fixed.
– Exploits associated with all Pailaka instances/quests have been fixed.
– From now on, players as well as their pets/servitors can attack NPCs inside peace zones.
– An issue where Doom Cryers could not restore their MP by hitting NPCs inside a peace zone has been fixed.
– An issue where offline buffstores would not be restored after a server restart has been fixed.
– A distance check has been added for NPC<->Player transactions to avoid exploits.
– The Hall of Fame will no longer reward players with the ‘Burning Desire’ (previously ‘Eternal Flame’).
– An issue where the Pet interface would not appear when in combat has been fixed.

Event Engine
– An issue where players were occasionally not able to use magic skills during a PvP Event has been fixed.
– From now on, players will no longer be able to attack each other during events that do not involve combat.
– From now on, players will be teleported to the event zone 10 seconds after the registration phase has ended instead of being instantly teleported. (this applies to GM-run events)
– Mario Kart: new transformations have been introduced (Steam Sledge, Jet Ride).
– Chancho: more NPCs have been added – the delay between rounds has been reduced.
– Zombie: an issue where the zombie transformation would not be applied has been fixed – an issue where players were occasionally unable to attack has been fixed.

Community Board
– Raid Bosses tab: all Grandbosses have been removed – respawn time has been removed – an issue where after a server restart dead Raid Bosses would show up as being alive has been fixed.
– Database tab: Raidbosses & Grandbosses have been added.

Item
– Addition of the ‘Hall of Fame Crate’ which will be rewarded by the Hall of Fame.

NPC
– All ‘Lesser’ monsters within the Giants’ Cave have had their stats adjusted to match retail.
– An issue where monsters & pets/servitors could not walk move/attack underwater has been fixed.
– Numerous Raid Bosses have had their spawn location changed to match retail.
– ‘Native’ NPCs have been removed from the Hellbound since the area is influenced by the Blood Pool.

Quest
– The quest item drop rate for the ‘Seductive Whispers’ quest has been adjusted to 40%



Patch 33 - August 25, 2017


General
– An issue where the Buy/Sell/Refund list would be empty after an item had been sold has been fixed.
– An issue where Judicators were unable to learn the Protection of Rune/Elemental/Alignment Forgotten Scrolls has been fixed.
– Scheme Buffer: the Song of Champion has been replaced with the Song of Meditation in the mage class quick-buff scheme.
– The Clan tab on the Community Board has been redesigned.
– An issue where the Judicator class was missing an image from the Service Station has been fixed
– An issue where players were not able to attack members of the same party has been fixed.
– An issue where after cancelling or changing a subclass would cause a copy of the character to be displayed in the character selection screen has been fixed.
– Initial implementation of the new Voting System. (NOTE: This requires further support both server and client side both of which will be added on the next server & client update).

NPC
– An issue where Raid Bosses were able to receive buffs from other monsters has been fixed.
– The monster groups at the Tower of Insolence have been adjusted to match retail.
– An issue where numerous Treasure Chests were out of reach has been fixed.
– From now on archer and mage type monsters will kite every 10 seconds.

Skills
– An issue where the Bison Spirit Totem skill would not be overwritten by other Totem skills has been fixed.
– A new skill named ‘Festive Sweeper’ skill has been added for the Bounty Hunter class.
– An issue where DOT (Damage Over Time) effects would be removed when a player’s/NPC’s HP would reach 0 has been fixed.
– Throne Root: the skill’s values have been adjusted to match retail, in addition the missing ‘poison’ effect has been added.
– Multiple issue associated with the Battle Roar skills have been fixed.
– An issue causing a slight delay between the consecutive use of magic skills has been fixed.
– An issue where toggle skills would occasionally not consume any MP has been fixed.
– An issue where the Rush Impact and Storm Assault skills would not rush the player in front of the enemy has been fixed.
– The following skills have been adjusted to match retail: Vengeance, NPC Hate.
– The cooldown timers for skills used by fortess guards have been adjusted to match retail.

Items
– The stats of Vesper Noble armour sets have been adjusted to match retail.

Quests
– The quest item drop chance for the ‘Let’s Get Fishing Shots’ quest has been increased to 80%.



Patch 34 - September 1, 2017


General
– From now on, Venustia will reward players for donating to the Blood Pool. The main reward is ‘Venustia’s Blessing’ which is given when a total of at least 2 million Blood Stones have been contributed to the Blood Pool. This is subject to change.
– An issue where siege attacker/defender icons would not show up during a siege has been fixed.
– Multiple issues associated with the party interface that were caused by incorrect packets have been fixed.
– A potential fix for the issue where pets were able to use items without reuse has been applied.
– The buffs available on the Community Board Scheme Buffer have been adjusted. More information available here.
– An issue where players were able to contribute 0 Blood Stones to the Blood Pool has been fixed.

Skills
– Addition of ‘Venustia’s Blessing’ passive skill. Client support as well as more information on this skill will be released soon.
– From now, when in Olympiad, all skills will have a retail duration time.
– An issue where some skills with positive effects could not be cast on players outside a player’s party has been fixed.

NPC
– An issue where NPCs in Rim Pailaka would not work as allies has been fixed.
– An issue where skills with positive effects could not be cast on NPCs inside Rim Pailaka has been fixed.

Zones
– Primeval Isle
– An issue where some monsters in the Primeval Isle region would spawn in the air or underwater has been fixed.
– All monsters in the Primeval Isle region have had their spawn locations, skills, minions and aggro range adjusted to match retail.
– From now on, Raid Boss Sailren will be aggressive when it spawns.

– Isle of Prayer
– An issue where Castalia would not drop shards has been fixed.
– The drop amount for Green Seeds of Evil dropped from Castalia has been increased to 2.
– The drop amount for Red Seeds of Evil dropped from Chrysocola has been increased to 2.
– The drop amount for Blue Seeds of Evil dropped from Shade & Water Dragon Detectors has been increased to 4.
– The drop amount for Red Seeds of Evil dropped from Dark Water Dragons has been increased to 20.
– The drop amount for White & Black Seeds of Evil dropped from Teards, Darnel & Kechi has been increased to 18.

Quest
– The quest item drop count for the Attack Sailren quest has been set to 2.
– The global quest Adena rate has been set to x3.
– The quest item drop count for the ‘Gather the Flames’ quest has been changed to 3.
– The quest item drop count for the ‘Daimon the White Eyed – Part 1’ quest has been changed to 5.
– The quest item drop count for the ‘Guardians of the Holy Grail’ quest has been set to 2.
– The quest item drop count for the ‘Seekers of the Holy Grail’ quest has been set to 2.
– ‘Necromancer’s Request’: the drop count for Zombie’s Brain has been set to 8 and the drop chance set to 100%.

Patch 35 - September 4, 2017

General
– The attribute system has been adjusted to match retail Epilogue.
– From now on, Ancient Tomes of the Demon will be dropped on the ground by monsters instead of being auto-looted.
– From now on, items dropped by monsters & Raid Bosses will be removed from the ground within 10 minutes as per retail.
– From now on, items dropped on the ground by players will be removed from the ground within an hour as per retail. This excludes weapons, accessories and armours.
– The drop amount for White/Black Seeds of Evil dropped from Raid Boss Tears, Darnel & Kechi has been set to 3 per party member.
– From now on and until the BETA is concluded, players will be able to access Tiat & Ekimus without having the Blood Pool meet the necessary requirements.



Patch 36 - September 11, 2017

General
– New skill rewards added to the Blood Pool (will become available with the next client update).
– An issue where pets could use items without any cool-down has been fixed.
– From now on, the INERA Store has been set to its ‘LIVE’ state, featuring only cosmetic items.
– The amount of Blood Stones required to purchase Quest Items from Venustia has been decreased.
– An issue where Castle Gatekeepers would not teleport all players inside the Teleportation Room has been fixed.

Community Board
– An issue where the Scheme Buffer would return players to the initial screen after purchasing a buff with a Blood Stone cost has been fixed.
– An issue where dead characters could purchase buffs from the Scheme Buffer has been fixed.
– The Character Panel has been revamped (not fully done yet).
– The Clan Tab has been edited to be more appealing.
– The Dark Weapon buff is now available on the Scheme Buffer.

NPC
– Krator’s skill list has been adjusted to match retail.
– An issue where Epic Cannon Golem Adjunct was acting like a minion has been fixed. In addition, its location has been adjusted to match retail.

Fortesses
– NPC & door stats have been adjusted to match retail for the following fortresses: Aaru, Antharas, Archaic, Bayou, Borderland, Cloud Mountain, Demon Fortress, Dragonspine, Floran, Hunter’s, Ivory, Monastic, Narsell, Shanty, Southern, Swamp, Tanor, Valley, Western, White Sands.
– An issue where the Ballistas at Demon Fortress had an incorrect spawn location has been fixed.
– An issue where Southern Fortress was missing guard NPCs has been fixed.
– An exploit associated with the casting range of the flag pole skill has been fixed.
– From now on, Fortress Flags will be removed when the player leave the siege zone.
– An issue where the Fortress Barracks would not regenerate within 10 minutes of the first one being destroyed has been fixed.
– The drop rate for Knight’s Epaulettes has been decreased to x1.
– Issues associated with Tanor Fortress’ Peace Captain Archer have been fixed.

Items
– An issue where cosmetic items from the INERA Store could be sold for a price has been fixed.

Skills
– The Soul of Pain skill has been adjusted to match retail.

– An issue where clan members with sufficient privileges could not speak to the Castle Chamberlain has been fixed.

– Zaken Nightmare: from now on, Zaken will spawn on the second floor in the middle room.
– Tiat & Zaken instances: an exploit associated with instance cooldowns has been fixed.

Skills
– An issue where Pa’agrio’s Fist would not restore CP as intended has been fixed.
– An issue where the Lighting Shock skill was missing a few parameters has been fixed.
– NPC Darion’s stun skills have been adjusted to match retail.
– Issues associated with skills such as ‘Rush Impact’ in regards to targets affected as well as location validation have been fixed.
– Issues associated with skill cast cancellation and its timing have been fixed.

NPC
– The spawn location of Shanty Fortress’ Foreman has been changed to match retail.
– An issue where Krator would spam the NPC Wind Strike skill has been fixed.
– Hallate’s Maid skill list has been adjusted to match retail.
– The AI as well as the skills associated with Raid Boss Typhoon have been fixed.
– Abraxion’s spawn locations have been adjusted to match retail.
– An issue where Sairon would have more minions that it is supposed to has been fixed.
– An issue where the ‘Chromatic Crystalline Golem’ inside the Dark Mansion would give EXP has been fixed.

Patch 38 - September 30, 2017

General
– An issue where a macro that was assigned to a shortcut was deleted the shortcut would not be deleted has been fixed.
– An issue where a macro that was assigned to a shortcut was updated the shortcut would not be updated has been fixed.
– An issue where time-limited donation services would not expire has been fixed.
– The INERA Guide has been completed and it comes in the following languages: English, German, Greek, Portuguese (Brazil), Romanian, Russian and Spanish.
– From now on, as soon as an event has opened for registration, a pop-up will appear inform everyone online as well as those who have just logged in during the registration phase.
– An issue where Premium Account subscribers would not receive a 30% discount on the Beauty Shop has been fixed.
– The on-screen message elements used for events have been revamped.
– The Blood Pool Bonuses page has been replaced with the new Blood Pool Bonuses window.
– An issue where pawns at the Chess event could not be moved has been fixed.
– An issue where the INERA Guide popup would show up regardless of whether the player chose to disable it has been fixed.

Blood Price
– The cool-down has been reduced to 4 hours.

– From now on, Premium Account subscribers will no longer be charged for buffs with a Blood Stone cost from the Scheme Buffer.
– An issue where the droplists of dead monsters could not be viewed on the Database has been fixed.

– An issue where players would not be fully healed after being buffed has been fixed.
– An issue where players could walk past the event’s boundaries has been fixed.

Skill
– An issue where Furious Soul would add 30 to the existing critical chance instead of adding 30% has been fixed.



Patch 42 - October 7, 2017

General
– An issue where player who had voted and did not choose a reward could not get a reward if they tried claiming their reward again has been fixed.
– An issue where a player with an active servitor lost their karma and their servitor would still be red has been fixed.
– An issue where the information on a monster’s droplist would not take into account a player’s drop bonuses has been fixed.
– An issue where sometimes a monster’s droplist would be too big for the client resulting in a critical error has been fixed.
– Addition of a ‘Cancel Summon Buffs’ option to the Scheme Buffer.
– An issue where players wielding a polearm would hit flagged players around them without using force-attack has been fixed.
– An issue where players would crash inside the Beauty Shop and essentially get stuck forever has been fixed.
– A potential fix for the following issue has been applied: when clicking to move too fast, sometimes characters would get teleported back.

Geodata
– The geodata at the Town of Dion & Tower of Insolence has been update.

NPC
– An issue where ‘Captain of the Ice Queen’s Royal Guard’ could not be targeted has been fixed.
– A potential fix for the issue where Pronghorn would spawn too high up has been applied.
– An issue where some Adventure Guildsmen were missing their dialogue has been fixed.
– An issue where NPC ‘Treasure Box’ would move has been fixed.
– Addition of the missing version of the monster ‘Deinonychus’ which spoils Arcana Mace Heads.

Quest
– The max level requirement for the ‘Break Throguh the Hall of Suffering’ quest has been increased to level 85.

Item
– An issue where Scrolls of Escape could not be used while in a flying transformation has been fixed.
– An issue associated with the ‘Old Box’ item has been fixed.

Skill
– Fixed issues associated with ‘Seal of Mirage’ type skills.
– An issue where the ‘NPC Slow’ skill would decrease speed by 50% instead of 30% has been fixed.
– From now on, potions obtained from the Vote Reward system will no longer use a buff slot.
– The critical heal chance has been decreased.
– More fixes for the Vanguard stance.



Patch 43 - October 9, 2017

General
– The iCoin gift function has been moved to the Service Station on the Community Board.
– From now on, players will be able to use healing potions/food from their pet’s inventory while it’s attacking.
– An invalid copy of ‘Lavasillisk’ has been removed from the Database.
– An issue where players could not be attacked while they were registered for an event has been fixed.

PIE (PlayINERA Interactive Event) Engine
– An issue where players would be teleported to the location they were when they registered upon cancelling their registration has been fixed.
– An issue where players would become chaotic when killing a summon has been fixed.

Frintezza
– From now on, immediately upon entering Frintezza, a 1-hour penalty will be applied.
– From now on, players have 30 minutes to reach Frintezza’s room before being kicked out. If they do get kicked out, they need to wait another 30 minutes before re-entering (as per the 1-hour penalty).
– From now on, the ‘respawn’ timer will be triggered as soon Scarlet van Halisha spawns. (48h +3h)
– From now on, players have 3 hours to kill Frintezza. If they fail, they cannot re-enter until the respawn timer has finished.

Skill
– An issue where the NPC skill ‘Decrease Speed’ did not decrease speed by 30% has been fixed.

Antharas
– The ‘wake up’ time has been adjusted to 30 minutes upon player entry as per retail.

INERA Store
The INERA Store has been updated and now features the following items:

Patch 44 - October 14, 2017

General
– An issue where there was no limit on the seed & crop prices on the Manor System, essentially making it exploitable, has been fixed.
– From now on, Warsmith classes may set up a buffstore.

PIE (PlayINERA Interactive Event) Engine
– From now on, all effects that were active on a character prior to the event will be restored upon leaving the event.
– From now on, instead of a Vitality effect, players will be rewarded a 1-hour Vitality Maintaining Potion.
– From now on, if the first Zombie in the Zombie Event has not turned another player into a Zombie within 60 seconds, a new Zombie will be assigned.
– An issue where the Bomberman event would essentially never end due to the remaining survivors avoiding elimination has been fixed with the introduction of the ‘Sudden Death’ system which is triggered as soon as the time remaining has reached half of the total duration of the event.
– From now on, players can no longer move in the Mime & Simon Says events.
– An issue where some skills could be used during an event that did not allow skills to be used has been fixed.
– An issue where the ‘Fake Death’ skill could be used prior to teleportation to an event and essentially
– An issue where players affected with the Fear effect would move outside the event’s boundaries has been fixed.
– From now on, teams in team events will receive a ‘team effect’.
– From now on, all active servitors will be removed upon participation in a non-PvP event.

Skills
– The enchantment routes for ‘Trance’ have been adjusted to match retail.
– An issue where skills that drain MP could be resisted has been fixed.
– From now on, Vitality effects cannot be cancelled.



Patch 45/46 - October 14 - 16, 2017

General
– An issue where Mana Potions could be used during a Grand Olympiad match has been fixed.
– An issue where players participating in a Grand Olympiad match could hit each other before the countdown ended has been fixed.
– An issue where players that had disabled XP gain could not be reported as bots has been fixed.
– Due to certain buffs dramatically decreasing the land rate of certain debuffs, more elaborate checks are now in place.

PIE (PlayINERA Interactive Event) Engine
– An issue where if an event called for a Vitality reward for both the losing and the winning team, each team was rewarded a different Vitality Potion has been fixed.

– Issues associated with chaotic characters & NPC interaction have been fixed. From now on, chaotic players will only prevented from using Gatekeeper NPCs.
– An issue where characters in a party undergoing a 3rd Class Transfer quest would not receive Halisha’s Marks if the monster was killed by a character not undertaking the quest, has been fixed.
– From now on, Soul Crystal levelling will only be possible if a character only has 1 Soul Crystal in possession (as per retail).

Patch 48/49/50 - October 23 - 26, 2017

– The ‘Power of spirits enabled’ message has been disabled.

– The rewards from the Fall of Harvest event have been adjusted.

– The Vitality abnormal effect has been re-enabled, although abnormal effects have been disabled for players riding a mount as it causes issues.
– An issue where when a character switched between their main and a subclass and both classes shared a common skill it would automatically add it to the shortcut bar regardless of it being there has been fixed.
– An issue where the hero weapon stats & descriptions on the Monument of Heroes were incorrect has been fixed.
– An issue where players could not register for a fortress siege because of the castle siege registration period having ended has been fixed.
– An issue where players could use the /unstuck command while under the influence of the Fear skill has been fixed.
– An issue that occurred as a result of Patch 54 that caused players to occasionally freeze during a Territory War has been fixed.
– A potential fix for the issue where players would occasionally get stuck when repeatedly targeting another player has been applied.
– Addition of L2OFF Geodata files. This should address most (if not all issues) related to occasional wall-shooting in specific areas.
– An issue where players would be occasionally teleported back when clicking to move fast should be eliminated. Please let us know if the issue still persists.
– The ‘Blood Stones Collected’ statistic on the Rankings has been fixed.
– An issue where pets could not be leveled up to level 86 100% has been fixed.
– The Damage Meter is now available to all characters and is enabled by default.
– An issue where cubics would attack a monster when in combat without actually attacking it has been fixed.
– The overall behaviour of cubics has been revised to match retail. Skill/attack chances have not been modified.
– An issue where an announcement, clan message and a music effect were missing upon becoming a hero has been fixed.
– From now on, there are no combat/chaotic status restrictions on using the Scheme Buffer inside a peace zone.

Blood Pool
– From now on, Venustia no longer accepts Blood Stone contributions. The Temple of Blood has been removed.
– The Sinister Market has been renamed into ‘Blood Stone Shop’.
– The way in which the Blood Pool can be strengthened has been changed: when killing a monster and obtaining Blood Stones, a set amount of Blood Stones will be automatically contributed to the Blood Pool. This amount is equal to half of the amount of Blood Stones a player receives. Players may track their contribution status via the Blood Pool Stage Information window which can be accessed by clicking on the question mark on the Blood Pool window.
– Addition of Ominous Wares to Venustia. Ominous Wares can be bought in exchange for Bloody Parchments.

Vote Reward System
– The vote rewards have changed. Instead of choosing an item, players will receive a set amount of Bloody Parchments.

PIE (PlayINERA Interactive Event) Engine
– From now on, it is no longer possible to register to an event with more than one character from the same PC.
– From now on, the following events will run automatically throughout the day: Team Vs Team, Berserker, Deathmatch, Last Man Standing, Zombie. One of these events will be run every two hours with the first event of the day commencing at 12:00 PM and the last event at 08:00 AM the next day (GMT +2).
– The rewards for the automatic events are as follows: Winner – 15 Bloody Parchments & full Vitality, Consolation Reward – 5 Bloody Parchments & full Vitality.
– Team Vs Team, Berserker, Deathmatch, Last Man Standing: min./max. level – 76/85.
– Simon Says: from now on, the NPC will be spawned in the center of the player circle.
– Zombie: a 10-minute timer has been added to prevent the event from running endlessly.

– An issue where Dragon Bombers & Behemoth Dragons would not drop the correct herbs has been fixed.

Items
– Addition of a new item: ‘Bloody Parchment’. This item can be obtained via the Vote Reward system or via the automatic events. These can be exchanged for various useful items via Venustia.
– Addition of a new item: ‘Scavenger’s Potion – 12 Hour Expiration Period’: Increases the amount of Blood Stones obtained by 25%, the amount of Adena obtained by 40% and drop chance by 5% while hunting monsters. Effect lasts for 2 hours.
– An issue where

Farmer’s Potion & Looter’s Potion have been combined into Scavenger’s Potion.
Gambler’s Misery: Contains a random Attribute Stone and Life Stone (Low to High-Grade). In addition, has a 0.0004% chance to contain 250,000 Blood Stones. Will you risk it?
Crafter’s Potion: Increases the regular craft success rate by 5% and masterwork craft chance by 2%. Effect lasts for 10 seconds.

– Raid Curse – Silence has been removed as it is has been replaced by Raid Curse – Petrify.
– Pa’agrio’s Fist has been adjusted to match retail.
– An issue where drain-type skills would not work while Enchanter Ability – Barrier was active has been fixed.

– An issue where Flame Icon would not increase Crit. Rate. by 100 has been fixed.

– An issue where the announcement made when a character obtained hero status would not strictly take into account the character’s main class and would result in the wrong announcement being made has been fixed.
– An issue where when an account was already in use and another person attempted to login, the player already using the account would be forcibly disconnected without any information whatsoever has been fixed.
– An issue where a system message was missing upon dismissal from an alliance has been fixed.
– From now on, the Global Gatekeeper will no longer take into account a character’s chaotic/combat status when used inside a peace zone.

– From now on, parties formed during a team event will be disbanded upon the event’s end.

– Sailren’s skill re-use times have been adjusted to match retail.
– An issue where Baium would not respawn due to the server being online for too long without restarting has been fixed.
– The aggressive range of Archangels has been adjusted.
– An issue where Antharas would not kick all players out 5 minutes after its death has been fixed.
– An issue where Queen Ant Larva would not be despawned after Queen Ant’s death has been fixed.
– An issue where Antharas would not properly ‘trigger’ due to the server being online for too long without restarting has been fixed.
– An issue where monsters located inside Tully’s Workshop would drop an insane amount of Blood Stones has been fixed.
– The speed of Guard of the Dawn has been temporarily decreased until retail information is obtained.



Patch 58 - December 02, 2017

General
– Issues associated with the gemstone count required for augmentation have been fixed.
– Tiat’s zone has been adjusted to match retail, this fixes the issue when players that were near the edges of Tiat’s room would get ‘invalid target’ messages.
– An issue where servitors would not have their HP & MP fully restored upon entering/leaving an Olympiad match has been fixed.
– From now on, while a player is registered in the Olympiad they will be able to use the Global Gatekeeper, the Scheme Buffer and Scrolls of Escape.
– An issue where players would occasionally not get their Olympiad Points reward has been fixed.
– An issue where the Grand Olympiad Manager & Monument of Heroes were now spawned in the Kamael Village has been fixed.
– The M. Def and Max MP of Grand Bosses have been adjusted to match Gracia Epilogue.
– Daguerre’s (Schuttgart Castle Messenger) spawn location has been adjusted to match retail.

get l2off g final client and mode that if u want good server files !
you can work for 20 years on l2j, its never gonna come close to l2off in terms of quality

Borland Delphi is is a RAD, a rapid programming environment, a tool to help you handle the source-code and compiler. It's not a programming language, like Java, C, etc. Or, at least, it wasn't back in the ol' days. Maybe they have taken it a step further. Used Delphi myself, many years ago, excellent tool. I had Pascal as the undelying language.

I must apologize for the sarcasm. Sorry for that. No our files are coded in Java and not Delphi. Thought that the sarcasm was obvious, but at times I forget that forums can be a bit hard to read when it comes to such things.

To those curious and in before this becomes some sort of debate,

Java or PTS, the crux of a good server in today's convoluted Lineage 2 circus is the dedication of a good team. There are an excessive number of variables to balance when it comes to the creation of a good server. Some will argue you need PTS to succeed. But on mid-rates even perfect PTS files will suffer from imbalance, boredom, poor structure, etc. So what is the solution? Keep trying, don't give up and continue the crusade. Build, code, and innovate. Listen to the community with open ears and make sound decisions as a team based on the general feedback. This does not mean ninja nerfs or immediate action, but brainstorming on good ideas and building on them is the cornerstone of improving this game.

Kill them with quality.

And in due time, you will perhaps come to this realization, with or without your comments on what is a waste of time or what isn't.
