[Gracia Final L2J] Massive War, a new unique server

Prepare to endure the next biggest thing in L2 private servers! As three developers bind their time, knowledge and dedication, Massive War plans on releasing a monstrous, stable, balanced servers in a highly professional and friendly environment; not to mention FUN!

Self Explanatory

General Gameplay Information:

The game begins as a normal character spawning at level 76. The town that you spawn in is neutral, because there are factions - but you do not have the prevlidge to choose one until you are level 80. You may gear yourself up with A grade or B grade for free! Choose your clBrass and prepare for the Ultimate PvP Experience!

NEW!!! Adena is collected by PvP only atm the moment. People are worth 100 adena. The % of damage that you do to the total damage of the opponent is equal to the % of adena that you get. For example, If you do 20% of the damage and others due 80%, you will obtain 20 adena. Enchant rates are 66% for all enchants, including blessed. Blessed enchants will be a little harder to get, they will be rare. The only benefit of blessed enchants is that they allow your weapon to go back down to level 1. The best part though, is when you receive an reward from the Achievement System, a bunch of tasks that you may accomplish throughout your murderous career, you will be notified and have exactly two minutes to enchant your weapon or armor at a random 70-75% success rate.

NEW!!! We are also adding a setting system. You could type .setting and change various settings that we will have for you. One of these settings will be language. You choose what language you want the HTML's to show up in and choose to listen only to the same people on the language that you set. (Only shout / public chat) Another setting will include dance / song buff blocks. This will allow you to block particular dances or songs from your party. More settings will be added later and/or not currently displayed due to concept development.

You may buff yourself with the buff manager for free. There are only a certain amount of slots that you are allowed to buff, but in the future, more slots will be available. Buffs from Sword Singers, Dancers, Self Buffs or buffs that do not show up on the Buff Manager Level 1 List do not take up buff slots. You may choose dances and songs from the buffer, but you may rather play with one instead while stacking other available buffs.

Organization is key! But if you do not have an organized unit/clan/friend - There are still opportunities for you which will be mentioned shortly.

During the adventure towards that era of Faction Battles, you must level up by PvP or PvE. Dino Island provides all types of monsters for a PvEvP environment. (Player vs Environment vs Player) Here you can level up slowly at a 20x rate with monsters, but have a chance to get ganked by opposing players!

The best route to go is play PvP Events with the Event Master! There will be hundreds of Arenas, tens of game modes and multiple game types! In these games, you will be paired up with a random set of people and fight against the opposing team in a random game type and size!

During your adventures you may find yourself joining a clan, alliance or even a Capitol! In our server, the entire southern hemisphere of the world is capture-able by clans! Dion, Giran, Aden, you name it, may be captured by clans 24/7. This is known as Territorial Battles. It is an ongoing process that has no end.

You are able to obtain a subclass at level 78.

You are also able to find private shops from all over the world through the community board. You can do this by searching for specific items that you are looking for which will filter the private shops that have them and the price OR look through all of them yourself.

At level 80 you are able to Choose a Faction. This will allow you to participate in the Faction based events in the Under World of Gracia! Massive wars and competitions randomly spawn between the two factions throughout the day, calling all people who represent their blood to come and fight for victory! Keep in mind, that the real world is at utmost importance compared to the underworld and you are bound to choose the same faction as your clan without a choice! There are small benefits per faction and faction representation only presents itself in the underworld of Gracia!

Choosing a Faction:

You may choose a faction after becoming Level 80. There are two factions, Nobles and Barbarians. The third faction is NPC based; known as The Dwarfs!

After joining the Noble Faction, you get the Noblesse blessing buff. This buff allows the noble god will randomly heal at a 10% rate for ever major damage hit of 500 damage or more after your health is less than 50%.

When you join the Barbarian Faction, you will get the Phoenix blessing buff, where you have the chance of being resurrected to full health directly after dying.

There will be many faction based competitions and benefits that will effect the "Real World's" game play. Such as these buffs and the ability to buy a mount for faster running speeds from town to town in the Territorial Wars.

Keep in mind, That you only represent your faction in the underworld. What I mean by represent, is that the name color change will occur. In the real world, you will be a normal colored character.

This server has factions in it, but is not 100% faction based. We provide Open PvP, Clan PvP, Mass PvP, and Events; otherwise known as, an All-In-One Server.

PvP and PvE:

PVE:

You may PvE in the Dino island PvE zone. There are monsters from level 75-85. The EXP Rate is only 20x for PvE. Adena does not drop through PvE, but Ancient Adena does. You can go to the PvE zone by using the Gate keeper. You can run into PvP problems by similar levels, but anyone that is higher or lower than 2 levels is not attackable in the PvE zone, to prevent people from killing noobs. If you have problems in the PvE zone, you might as well play the PvE Events with the Event Manager, where you can fight people of your similar level / power.

PvP:

You may PvP in tens of ways. The Event Manager is available for all players. You are matched in random games of 1v1 - 9v9 games. There are mini games available after wining special tokens from winning event games which are part of weekly competitions. You can participate in the Territorial Wars, fighting with your Capitol or Clan in order to take over the world! If your not apart of one, you can fight with the Neutral Faction, ("The Dwarfs") Who attempt to take over the world as a free NPC race (neutral). After joining a faction at level 80 you can join faction events that happen daily and weekly. This is only the beginning!

Territorial Battles:

Territorial Battles provides a major concept to the game.

Clans are able to capture all towns, fortresses and castles throughout the older area of Aden. This does not include Goddard, Rune or Schuttgart. All towns and fortresses from Aden Castle and below are able to be captured; Also known as "The Aden Realm."

When a clan takes over a town, fortress or castle, they can choose to make that town their Capitol. A clan can only have one Capitol, which is a home base or location owned and lived by the Clan. People who are not in a clan can register to the Capitol as a Citizen. Entire clans are able to register as Citizens as well. Citizens are allowed to fight for that clan and help take over opposing territories. Imagine it as, creating your own faction in a sense, able to recruit citizens and clans to help take over the world, but they will only come to you if you provide them with special benefits.

The benefits of becoming a citizen is that a Clan might have purchased cheaper shops for their Capitol, Upgraded buffers, clan halls, or special NPCS. An example of a special NPC is the Bounty Master. Not only do a citizen get bonus exp and sp for defending the town that they are registered for, but you are able to obtain the heads of your victims and turn them in for Adena (Only people defended from your Captiol)! The better a Clan's Capitol is doing, the better exchange rate, shop prices, taxes and other custom attributes in the Capitol will be purchased and shared with their citizens.

Unfortunately, People who are not in clans, are not a citizen of a Capitol and have not chosen a faction are able to give the third faction, "The Dwarfs" advice on how hard they should attack a town. They have the choice to vote for free, otherwise, vote and support the fight. By voting and supporting the fight, that Person will be spawned, and re-spawned wit the Dwarf force, helping the dwarfs take over the town. For every person that joins the Dwarf force, the more faith the dwarfs will have in winning and participating in the fight; otherwise known as a vast larger army will be sent to the targeted town.

Towns are targeted randomly every hour, voted on how much the neutral players agree that the dwarfs should attack that town and instantly spawned upon tens, hundreds or thousands of dwarfs depending on the amount of neutral people who want to attack that town. Safety checks are being made in order to make sure people do not log on to vote and or vote multiple times.

Buff Manager:

The Buff Manager stores your buff list for your pet, subclBrBrasses and your main character.

The buff manager allows Mages to buff themselves with 15 buffs and Fighters with 17. More buff slots can be unlocked in various ways in the future, such as becoming a Noble or Barbarian at level 80.

The buff manager can be upgraded in capitols and clan halls. The owner of the Capitol can upgrade and buy various npc's in the town. A buff manager that is leveled up has more buffs for participating citizens. These buffs can include Chant of Victory, etc.

Buffs last one hour. Higher level buffs unlocked by upgrading the buff manager last 10 minutes. Dances and Songs from a buffer last one hour, but obtaining dances and songs from players last 2 minutes.

Event Master:

The event master is one of the server's main attractions.

The Event Master is an npc that you can register for in order to compete in events. The events go from 1v1 to 9v9 with several game type and game locations. This feature is very close to InfiniteL2's server's events, but with our own twist to it. While competing in these events, you are matched with people randomly, randomly designated to a game type and location. Game matches occur every ten minutes.

At the beginning of the game, a window will pop up and give you information on what the game type is about. You then will compete against the opposing team in order to win the game's goals. After winning you will be rewarded with items and a special currency which will allow you to participate in hourly mini game or MBrassive War event and party/clan events.

Community Board:

These custom features have been added to the community board.

You may look through the Shop Explorer and find specific items throughout all available private shops. You can also purchase these items and compare them to other prices in the world from anywhere!

Top 15 Players
The top 15 players will be displayed on the community board.
