Probably the best thing i can give is necro 79 lvl full dc a grade wep + 78 pp avadon and SE 78 karmian
on l2 abyss 10x , but i still got lots of things on others servers so maybe i might be able to help some of you

you cant give me a lvl 3 char coz its instant 75 (hope you get the logic ) + even if you had lvl 3 char what does make you think i will give those hardly lvled buffers for lvl 3 char on pvp server
