i need help .. though i know theree may be a topic for this tell me or ... what ever pls answer :]] ... what are the quests for the amulets Heart of Pa`agrie end Seal of Suspention i neeeed answer pls :( :( :( and the npc or the names of quests

for seal of suspension you need to kill mobs....
and for heart of paagrio..check other posts.it is explained clearly if you search before posting

wishing potion is a quest that allow you to get heart of paagrio (with luck)
