Is cancel considered a debuff ? Idk, but in the database shows Cancel Skill Type, not a debuff. Any chance of cancel be reflected? What skills can reflect the skill ? |

hex,power break, violent temper ,death mark ,critical wound,curse of gloom,magical backfire,wind shackle, block ww , block shield ... the list is pretty damn long are considered as debuffs. mental attacks such as fear,silence etc are Not debuffs, they are considered as "mental" attacks cancel is just cancel. there are no skills that reflect cancel |

depends on the server u play but retail its 100%. there are skills that gives cancel resist tho. Ultimate defence,ultimate evasion, heroic miracle and maybe few more cant remember atm |
