First of all, i used the botton SEARCH, but i coudn't find the info i need ...

I have some questions about dominator ...

- In which chronicle the succes rate of seals were increased?

- I want to know if in a VERY END GAME (i mean, all with dyna-vesper armor and wep, epic jewels or Oed jewelry) my seals (at least the usefull ones, of course OEd them to +25-+30, and me using same gear and epic jewel like others) will land or will be impossible? Lets say that server is GF retail like.

- And the last thing, which seals i will land more often? (silence, winter, blinding)??? Or just the 3rd proffesion seals?
