I have a question about this char ...

I was reading some guides about the overlord's landing rate debuffs, but i dont understand something ...

- Lets says for example, in a war, there are chars in the same lvl, with the same equip and with the same buffs ... Wich is the landing rate there? Is still poor, or there is a chance to enter?

- Another example: (in this case, the chars are nearly from each other)

Dominator: max lvl skill+lots of m. atk+ OE skill+debuff attack bonus+same lvl that the other char

vs

Other char: all the skills that protects from debuff at max lvl+lots of m.def+OE skill wich protects debuff+debuff resistence bonus+ same lvl that the dominator

In that case, there is a probabilty to land some debuff, or is just imposible?

I just want to if there is a chance to "land a debuff" in a pvp or mass pvp, or is just IMPOSIBLE, and i must dedicate to restore CP and use some drains ...

I hope you can help me. Sory for being very confusing.

I forgot to mention: Server GF off

There is chance to land, nobody will give you numbers, but if you are in middle of 80ppl defending on siege, you gonna land it on some of them, it is obviously worth to do it, but ofc you have to have them oed high

I also feel it is worth to do.
