anyone know what the land rate of arrest is? and what does psycho/sword symphony do?

sword symphony - don't have good rate i think
psycho symphony - has high land rate to equal lvl opponent or lower lvl then your.
arrest - normal land rate but mental buffs etc gives good resist for it. patak depend only for SwS/BD(with S grade weapoon land rate higher then with B grade OE analog weap).

sword sympony - damages the nearby enemies and has a small chance to get feared
arrest - medium land rate, increaseable from the skill enchant ( + chance)
both skills above have their landing probability reduced if the target has the mental shield buff
psycho symphony - reduces the nearby enemies' speed, casting speed and atttack speed. High landing rate.
