It really depends on the rates/settings and which class you prefer to do it as. Is this a server with full buffs? Is it a low rate where you need boxed buffers? and so on. If you have access to full buffs, one of the absolute best places to solo farm is lower Forge of the Gods, a spellhowler with S80 can solo AOE thanks to Aura Blast which can one shot mobs during a magic crit. You get S grade parts which sell for a good amount, and also drop a good amount of adena as well as enchant scrolls (Lavasaurus') and divine stones (Golems). Warriors can make a good amount of adena @ Lower Giant's Cave. They're weak to melee weapons and drops include S80 materials. Endgame areas like Lair of Antharas or Seed of Annihilation are meant for party farming more than anything, though you can solo SoA Reptilikons with a 300 element mage or Bistakons with a 300 element Warlord/Titan with Spirit of Shilen. Drops are great at SoA, including elements and S84 mats. If you're playing in a low rate environment, it takes more preparation to farm the mentioned areas, so Dragon Valley would be easier. Scorpions with a mage or archer is a good area to get adena. If you're a warrior, you can make trains with Drakos Guardians and stuff if you're a polearm user, or you can kill them one by one with a single target class. All of these suggestions really depend on the server settings. Some servers with lots of people will have different demands, and it would be wiser to actually farm for drops that people need (elements, enchants, mats) instead of raw adena farming. For example, I made a couple billion at L2Era by just grinding Evil Spirits @ Anomic Foundry with a healer and selling divine stones and crystals. |
