Sounds like either an incorrectly installed patch for the server you are trying to connect to, or your AV / Firewall is blocking the exe and or connection. Make sure to whitelist l2.exe and allow it through firewall or disable firewall as a test to see if that is the issue. |

Then came the problem and i couldn't login in any server. Firewall disabled and don't have any AV. |

Only thing else I can suggest is a full reinstall. Uninstall completely, this means after uninstall delete the leftover L2 folder. Reinstall and apply patch. What firewall do you use? |

Win + R > cmd > ipconfig /flushdns and netsh winsock reset, try this. |
