the only retail server is in Korea . EU, SINA and US servers are based on Franchise agreement same as big restaurants and fast-foods(McDonalds) etc . In the end quallity of services mathers .
Without private servers , lineage2 were be just an obscure game played by koreans . I'm joking of course with "obscure" part .

Well yeah but dex isnt even like that. I guess its even one of those illegal servers am i right?
