Post subject:  Soul Crystal leveling in Freya!

It's pretty simple:
Red:100% chance to increase the SC level (all pt members);
Orange:Random chance to increase between 0 and 9 SCs;
Green:Randomly levels the SC of 1 pt member.

Note:New Zaken(83) levels SC lvl 13 to 17 for only 1 member of the pt.

I`m not 100% sure but I think 68 lvl anakazel should make crystals 11,12 and dont see it in this list

anakazel is not only 1, there is anakazel in each lvl rift and 78 lvl anakazel make crystals 13 and 14 stage and I`m 95% sure 68 lvl anakazel make crystals 11 and 12 stage. you cna check it even on pmfun http://lineage.pmfun.com/?s=anakazel

the lvl 68 one increases 10>11 and 11>12 to random member of the party who did last hit. the lvl 78 one make 12>13 and 13>14. (known since ages)
