how to get them ?
i've saw that u can get S grade recipe dans parts with ketra/silenos alliance quest but there is another way ?
this quest is toooooo boring and i need luck to get the recipe (and i'm an unlucky player)

U can always get a full drop (rb)
Otherwise u must do this quest, as long as the sevrer u play is low rated it is a nice xp, too. S grade need work.

Yes I dont advice you to do the Varka-Ketra quest because it too long.
Until you finish the quest you can get mayve 3 full drops from raid bosses.

Well there's an NPC in forge of the gods named Vulcan from wich you can take a quest wich if you complete you will get an S grade recipe wepon at random gl
