i read ur post but +str makes a much bigger difference
evasion is indeed very important nowadays but it only helps mostly with melee attacks and now almost every single class attacks with skills all the time during pvps[at least with skills that does not consume so much mp considering mass pvps/sieges]
not to mention magic/debuffs /care about evasion and skill evasion is only effective during an appropiate buff which is afaik not affected by evasion at any rate anyway
+str -con is enough
even at high lvls, y the gap for lower lvl players makes difference, but it also means that u can kill them easier

dude even dmv gave already 60k backstabs to robes do you think he could achieve that damage with -9 str ?

also squeez only plays oly ffs he's obviously going for +dex and cut str...for mass pvp the more damage you can deal to the higher number of players the better...and by improving str means more damage on blows = targets go down faster and easier = less blows used per target ( less mana comsumption ) = more people down = more effectiveness imho
